Returns Information

At Love Bomb Cushions, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team on team@lovebombcushions.co.uk or by telephone to 01133456516.

Alternatively email returns@lovebombcushions.co.uk to request a returns authorisation number with your reason for return and we will provide details of how to return your products for refund or exchange.

Love Bomb Cushions Limited fully support Consumer Contract Regulations which came into force in from the 13th of June 2014, all customers from www.lovebombcushions.co.uk have the right to return goods (within the legal cooling off period of 14 days) for a full refund of goods.

There are two Classifications of return ‘Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect’ and ‘Unwanted’

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect

If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Any items returned to us should include all parts, instructions and packaging where possible.


If you have changed your mind about your purchase or it is no longer wanted, we can only accept the return if the item or items to us in perfect, unopened if packaged, re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc.)

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. The item/s is/are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The basic costs of shipping the goods will be refunded, enhanced delivery costs are exempt such as next day shipping, saturday shipping and any other service provided which is over and above the basic offering.   • Please contact our Customer Services team on 0113 345 6516, or by contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
  • We will only consider the return of products within 30 days of receipt of the products. If more than 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of unwanted goods.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging with the only exemption being the dispatch packaging we provide for the goods in transit
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are goods such as personalised goods or perishables, food, flowers, Gift Cards, and Collectibles with limited production.
  • Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of the goods returned not the day of sending.
  • A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt a of purchase or returns Authorisation Number to be present with the goods upon receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet check your bank account or credit card again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item please contact us and return your item to: Spring Valley Mills, Stanningley Road, Pudsey, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS28 6DW. Once we receive your return we will dispatch the replacement item.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your item, you should mail your product to: Spring Valley Mills, Stanningley Road, Pudsey, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS28 6DW.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if due to cancellation or change of mind.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping items over £75 in value, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How it Began

It started with a kiss... literally! I was shopping around for ideas for my teenage daughter for her birthday and stumbled across these emoji cushions in China. It took me several attempts to get them delivered as they kept getting lost in international post. Once the emoji cushions arrived they were an instant hit, all her friends wanted one and so the craze in our house began.
